Sales Activities &amp; Client Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for People Navee HRIS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct discovery sessions to understand HR workflows, compliance needs, and business challenges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client HR requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Solution Consulting &amp; Product Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop in-depth knowledge of People Navee HRIS features (payroll, attendance, leave management, employee data)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate HR business requirements into system-based solutions and value propositions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position People Navee as a scalable HRIS platform for different industries and company sizes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Market &amp; Product Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stay updated on HR trends, labor compliance, and HR technology innovations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze competing HRIS platforms and identify key differentiators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities for HR digital transformation across manufacturing, retail, and construction industries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Sales Targets &amp; Business Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with HR transformation needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Networking &amp; Partnerships<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in HR events, business forums, and networking activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build relationships with HR professionals, business owners, and key stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
